London-based food hall Tower Bridge Collective, part of the Blend Family, has been shortlisted for Best Food Hall at the British Street Food Awards 2026, marking an exciting milestone for the destination as it approaches its first full year of trading.
Located at Tower Bridge, Tower Bridge Collective is home to 13 independently owned global kitchens, bringing together bold flavours, authentic dishes, passion and cultures from around the world under one roof. Since opening at the end of 2025, the food hall has established itself as a destination for London’s food and drink community, championing independent food partners and creating a space where guests can eat, drink and come together.
The nomination comes within Tower Bridge Collective’s first year of trading, recognising the work of the team and its independent kitchen partners in creating a new food and drink destination in one of London’s most iconic areas.
Previous years saw Cambridge Street Collective, who are also part of the Blend family, claim the title in 2024 and 2025 following its opening in Sheffield. Together, the nominations highlight Blend Family’s continued impact on the UK’s food hall landscape and its commitment to creating vibrant destinations that bring independent food and drink businesses, local communities and guests together whilst raising the bar for every new opening.
