Two global menswear fashion brands arrive at the ICON Outlet at The O2

Last week saw two global menswear fashion launches taking place at ICON Outlet at The O2. London’s newest shopping destination has been selected as the sole UK stockist for the Hackett ‘Japan Range’. After opening their North Greenwich store last year, London born Hackett have made the decision to stock their limited edition ‘Japan Range’ exclusively at the city’s premier commercial retail outlet.

Since 2015, Hackett London has bought a taste of Japanese craftsmanship to its collection. Partnering with factories in Japan, Hackett has produced a limited edition range made by Japanese artisans and created by the most highly regarded manufacturers and craftsmen. Each piece is made using traditional methods of production and materials that are only available select regions of Japan, and now stand as some of the finest in modern menswear. The SS19 ‘Japan Range’ from Hackett, will be available to purchase in store at ICON Outlet at The O2 from the 23rd February.

The limited edition launch coincides with the opening of American heritage brand, Brooks Brothers. The 200 year old brand will open its doors in North Greenwich on Saturday, with exclusive in store offers, vouchers to give away, and a glass of bubbles to enjoy. Established in 1818 Brooks Brothers is an American Icon, and the brand are proud to uphold the same traditions and values for near two centuries, making them so much more than just a store.

The new Brooks Brothers store will occupy 157 square meters of space and represent the best of American style, offering both casual and formalwear collections. The building itself has undergone a total overhaul, with a new glass door storefront installed to show off all the latest merchandise to passers-by. You can learn more about Commercial Glass Doors at www.industrialdoorcompany.com. Modern suiting as well as sportswear items from their Spring-Summer 2019 collections will be showcased in store, as well as the iconic Brooks Brothers menswear classics such as the navy blazer, button-down oxford dress shirts, cotton chinos, polos and regimental silk ties.

Brooks Brothers currently operates over 280 stores in the United States, and more than 700 locations internationally in 46 countries. This is the brand’s third UK location and will be joining an impressive roster of global fashion brands at the ICON Outlet, such as Gant, Calvin Klein, Guess, LEVI’S and Gap.

Leasing Director for ICON Outlet, Marion Dillon, says: “The opening of Brooks Brothers enhances our retail line-up of international brands, providing the very best in global fashion for our visitors. As one of the most trusted names in tailoring, it is a highly relevant addition for our international customer-base.
