Join sitarist and composer Jonathan Mayer and tabla maestro Kousic Sen for a fun, interactive concert designed for primary school children this half-term. Kids will have the opportunity to explore Indian rhythmic patterns, see these extraordinary instruments up close, and get a chance to join in with the music by clapping, chanting rhythms, and counting along with Jonathan and Kousic. Starring Elena Catalano (Odissi), Kinga Malec (Kathak) and Santosh Nair (Bharatanatyam), each artist will present a solo work, reflecting the refinement of their training and distinctive style, followed by an. exclusive collaborative performance, combining artforms in a multidimensional showcase.
