The Mall, Wood Green, is inviting shoppers to get in the selfie mood as it prepares for the arrival of an incredible selfie mirror on Saturday 14 September.

The full length mirror, which will be situated outside the Ask Me Point on 14 and 15 September from 11-4pm. For just £4 a go, visitors to The Mall will be able to pose to their heart’s content and take home a three-shot landscape photo as a memento.

RewardME Card Holders and Kids’ Club members will get a 50% discount on their selfies and all proceeds will go to Wood Green’s Mall Cares Charity Partner, the Godwin Lawson Foundation.

The Mall Wood Green is hoping that selfie queens will upload their shots to social media sites using the hashtag #TheMallWG. The shopping centre will then feature some of the best photos on its own social media pages.

“Who doesn’t love a good selfie?” laughed Gwendolyne Lobo, Marketing Manager for The Mall Wood Green. “It’s a fun and quirky way to raise money for the charity, and one which is sure to draw the crowds. Here in the office at The Mall we are all practising our selfie faces ready for 14 September and are looking forward to seeing our visitors’ photos up on our social media pages.”
