Uxbridge-based Herbalife UK named among UK’s best places to work in 2026

Uxbridge-based Herbalife UK is proud to announce that it has been recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 list, celebrating organisations that are leading the way in employee engagement, workplace culture, and overall employee experience.

Published in partnership with employee experience platform WorkL, this year’s list features more than 567 organisations nationwide, with Herbalife UK recognised in the Best Medium Places to Work category.

The Best Places to Work 2026 highlights the best workplaces for women, the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers, and those where staff enjoy the highest rates of wellbeing.

As a leading nutrition and wellness company, wellbeing sits at the heart of the Herbalife UK people strategy. Employees are able to benefit from a package which supports their physical, mental, and financial wellbeing, including a Global Wellness Platform to encourage the pursuit of personal goals in a supportive and achievable way.

Recognition is also a key part of the Herbalife culture, with colleagues able to award points to one another for individual pieces of work or achievements which contribute to the broader workplace culture. These points can then be redeemed against rewards, from unique experiences to everyday items and vouchers.

Employees also have access to complimentary Herbalife products, such as protein shakes and supplements, which are available in the office and can also make use of a 50% product discount when purchasing products for personal use.

Chris Stirk, Managing Director, Europe & Africa at Herbalife, said: “We’re thrilled that Herbalife UK has been named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026. This recognition reflects the unique culture we possess at Herbalife and the way in which our employees uphold our workplace values. We are proud of the supportive, inclusive, and people-first culture we continue to build together.”
