VIRAL STAR ‘THE UNKNOWN’ FROM ‘WILLY’S CHOCOLATE EXPERIENCE’ TRAINS WITH LONDON DUNGEON AHEAD OF GUEST PERFORMANCE

Felicia Dawkins, the actress who played ‘The Unknown’ in the unfortunate Willy’s Chocolate Experience in Glasgow, has kicked off her scare training at the London Dungeon ahead of her much-anticipated guest appearance this Sunday 7th April.

The sixteen-year-old landed the role at the famous attraction after rising to fame thanks to her very first acting job starring as ‘The Unknown’, an evil rival chocolate maker to Willy Wonka who ‘lives in the walls’. However, the experience was short-lived after a disastrous launch sent the event viral for all the wrong reasons.

Ahead of her guest appearance at one of London’s top attractions, now in its 50th year, aspiring actor Felicia is being trained by the best in the business in the art of scare and immersive theatre acting – before she takes to the depths of the Dungeon herself to perform for thrill seekers and fans.

During her coaching, Felicia perfected the importance of timing, characterisation and delivery with the incredible actors from the attraction and was given a crash course on costuming and makeup to deliver a truly genuine scare experience. She also had the opportunity to see the London Dungeon actors in action, watching as they performed to live audiences and practising herself.

Felicia, Guest star at the London Dungeon and actress behind ‘The Unknown’, said: “Training and performing with the London Dungeon actors is honestly a dream come true. The costumes and make-up are next level, and to have a script that isn’t AI-generated is something new for me! I can’t wait to star in the shows and scare the pants off the guests, I hope they will be well and truly spooked. I’ve always been a fan of the Dungeons so this feels like a full circle moment working in London – who knew that strange experience would lead me here!”

A London Dungeon spokesperson said: “Throughout her training, Felicia has proved she is a natural in the art of the scare! She’s transitioned seamlessly from hopping out from behind mirrors to embodying the horribly scary historical figures we bring to life. Those who come along are in for a shock this Easter holiday!”

Those hoping to witness Felicia’s guest appearance performing as the Nun, the Jester, and the Tower Warden in shows throughout the day, can visit on Sunday 7th of April.

Those brave enough to enter the depths of the London Dungeon, which is situated on the capital’s South Bank, will uncover unsettling tales of London’s darkest past and come face-to-face with spine-chilling historic characters including Jack the Ripper, Sweeney Todd and Mrs Lovett herself.
