VOZA Developments, a multi-disciplinary prime property studio, are celebrating a period of significant growth following a raft of senior team hires and the accumulation of an expansive development pipeline with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of c.£85 million.

Operating primarily across prime London, Hampshire, Jersey and a variety of exclusive international locations, VOZA’s growth can be attributed to a strategy of building a strong inhouse team and an excellent reputation for delivering market-leading developments.

Currently, VOZA is overseeing 14 projects, including three schemes in Mayfair further increasing the firm’s presence in the prime London location. Other projects include the renovation of a three-bedroom house on Exhibition Road and ten-apartment scheme on the outskirts of Soho.

Two significant projects within the pipeline is the conversion of a former dairy building in Maida Vale into three unique apartments, as well as the conversion of a disused barn into a spectacular five-bedroom courtyard house in the Home Counties.

Increasing VOZA’s international reach the team have also been engaged to renovate and extend a quintessential chalet in the Alps, as well as the transformation of a grand villa in the heart of the Greek capital of Athens into a spectacular family home.

Specialising in architecture, interior design, FF&E procurement, project management and construction for the delivery of private client projects and multi-unit developments, VOZA has recently made six new hires to help manage and deliver the extensive project pipeline.
