Leading prime investment and development company, VOZA Developments, has launched VOZA Construction Limited to enhance its current offering, with two new members joining the team to lead the venture. Following a considerable period of growth and success the new division will support current and future projects in the UK and overseas.

VOZA Construction will further enhance the wider group’s bespoke offering, specialising in managing development projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality schemes that achieve good investment returns. Providing an open book construction management service, VOZA Construction will operate on a cost plus basis or for a fixed monthly fee.

Joining the business to help lead VOZA Construction are Tim HIllen, joining as Commercial Manager and Bryce Malcolmson, Contracts Manager.

Tim Hillen joins from London Build-to-Rent specialists Grainger, whilst also working previously in client-side project management for Porsche, Bentley and Ducati at the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit facility. Tim will oversee commercial and procurement management across all sites.

Bryce Malcolmson was previously at Leaconfield, working on multiple high-end projects, whilst also once a member of Knight Frank’s super prime development team. Bryce will be responsible for construction management across all sites and ensuring the highest quality of delivery is achieved.

One of VOZA Construction’s first projects will be a spectacular five-bedroom home in Mayfair, which, once complete, will comprise seven bathrooms, private gym, cinema room and large landscaped garden.

The VOZA Construction team will also be overseeing VOZA Developments’ current projects including Halkin Street, Belgravia, a spacious lateral apartment that will feature grand Parisian-style interiors.
