A new immersive dining concept is set to open in Mayfair this spring where the performers don’t take the stage, because they’re already at your table.
Launching on 16 May 2026 at Ristorante Frescobaldi, Vocalé Mayfair transforms a traditional restaurant setting into a live, unfolding musical experience. Guests arrive for dinner, but as the evening progresses, chefs, waiters and hosts begin to reveal themselves as performers, breaking into live song and drawing the entire room into a shared, high-energy atmosphere.
Guided by its tagline “Be The Chorus,” the experience is designed so that remaining a passive observer is almost impossible. As the performance builds, guests are drawn into singing, clapping and dancing along, turning the entire room into part of the show rather than simply watching it.
There is no fixed stage. Performers move seamlessly through the space alongside a live band and professional vocalists, with every table becoming part of the performance. The line between audience and performer gradually disappears, creating a dynamic that evolves throughout the meal.
Set within one of Mayfair’s most established Italian restaurants, Vocalé Mayfair pairs refined Tuscan-inspired dining with a tightly produced, West End–level live performance. The soundtrack spans singalong classics, musical theatre favourites and global party anthems, delivered with full live arrangements and immersive audience interaction.
“We wanted to create something where guests don’t just watch, they feel compelled to join in,” says Founder Çağlar Kural. “It starts as dinner, but very quickly becomes something else entirely. By the end, the whole room is singing together.”
Vocalé Mayfair will run every weekend with two distinct formats. Both experiences are driven by a live band and professional vocalists, delivering the same high-energy, up-tempo and playful atmosphere, adapted to the time of day.
The Brunch Experience begins at 13:00 every Saturday and Sunday, offering an interactive lunch where the repertoire is curated for all ages, blending well-loved classics and feel-good favourites. Priced at £60 for adults and £38 for children, the experience includes three courses and tea or coffee with kid-friendly options such as pizza, pasta and roasted chicken.
The evening experience, Vocalé Mayfair: The Party, begins at 20:00 every Saturday, where the same energy evolves into a more uninhibited, celebratory atmosphere – think napkins in the air, full-room singalongs and a crowd that becomes part of the show. Tickets are £95 for a four-course menu with dishes such as Aubergine Parmigiana, Courgette Arancini. Braised Beef Cheek, Rigatoni with Black Truffle and Pistachio Tiramisu. There’s also bar seating for those who want to drop in for the show without the full dining experience.
