Wake up with Pride at Park Plaza London Riverbank

Park Plaza London Riverbank is getting into the Pride spirit this July, as it launches its ‘Wake up with Pride’ package to coincide with Pride in London – with 25% of all proceeds going to LGBTQI+ charity.

Available for new bookings between 1 July – 30 September 2019, guests can upgrade* their stay for just £40pp and treat themselves to breath-taking views in a River View suite and breakfast in bed from a specially created menu that features every colour of the rainbow!

From to rainbow pancake stacks and muffins with rainbow icing to Eggs Royal with charcoal flavoured muffin and bright beetroot sabayon guests will be able to kick-start their day with a breakfast like no other, complete with one of the best views in London in front of them. A rainbow fruit juice menu will also be available, carrot and ginger, cucumber and mint and orange options to choose from.

The full ‘Wake up with Pride’ menu includes:

  • Fruit skewers
  • Muffins with rainbow icing
  • Donuts with rainbow icing
  • Rainbow pancake stack with maple syrup
  • Eggs Royale with charcoal flavoured muffin, bright beetroot sabayon and cress
  • A choice of breakfast sandwiches:
    • Charcoal bun with Scottish smoked salmon, chive cream cheese and rocket
    • Turmeric bun with crushed avocado, plum tomato and baby gem
  • A choice of freshly squeezed juices:
    • Carrot and ginger
    • Cucumber and mint
    • Orange

If that wasn’t exciting enough, the hotel’s revered pan-Asian restaurant, Chino Latino, will be serving the brand-new Rainbow Union cocktail, which is fully dressed for Pride. Available until 31 July and inspired by the rainbow, the cocktail comes in a flute and layers Grenadine, Midori Melon Liqueur, Blue Curacao, orange juice and cranberry juice to create what is expected to be one of the most sought-after drinks of the season. With a splash of vodka to finish off, thirsty Londoners can sip on this eye-catching for £14 in the knowledge that £2 from each drink sold is being donated to worthy LGBTQI+ causes.
