Waterfront Street Kitchen & Bar, a brand new restaurant and bar concept has opened its doors. Welcoming members of the general public and guests visiting Immerse LDN and Excel London for many of its consumer and trade events, the restaurant offers spaces to relax, work remotely or dine al fresco, overlooking the scenic Royal Victoria Dock.

Seating 400 guests, the calming, elegant venue spans the stunning waterfront space, with magnificent views of Canary Wharf, The O2 and London’s iconic skyscrapers. Open 7 days a week from TIME to TIME, it’s the perfect stop off for a quick morning coffee, leisurely lunch or relaxed dinner.

The concept of the menu centres around tasty, wholesome street food, taking global inspiration. A selection of freshly made pastries, coffees, and hot drinks are also prepared daily for those looking for an on-the-go breakfast before meetings or conferences.

For lunch and dinner, guests can choose from larger plates that are ideal to enjoy solo, or as a sharing concept. Soon-to-be-famous are the selection of chicken wing dishes. Perfectly crisp and delicious, guests can choose from classic buffalo style with blue cheese sauce; chipotle and lime with mushy pea guacamole, jalapeño, tortilla crumb, fried corn & coriander or gochujang BBQ, served up with Sriracha and XO emulsion. Veggies can enjoy the buffalo-style battered cauliflower wings.

Stateside-inspired dishes include a range of juicy burgers. The Smashed American taps into the current smash burger trend sweeping the capital. A smashed prime beef patty is sandwiched in a warm brioche bun with American burger sauce, sliced American cheese, salted Roscoff onion, dill pickles and beef tomato & gem leaves. Others include The Ranch Loader, a Southern Spiced Buttermilk Burger and the Lost in Louisiana – the latter a griddled smoked vegan patty topped with red bean ketchup, sliced vegan cheese, bashed onion rings, jalapeños and salad.

Waterfront Signature dishes include a rich and creamy Docklands Fish Pie with oak smoked haddock, chalk farm trout, shaved fennel, red onion, kale and onion rings. A range of side dishes are also available including Skinny Fries, Loaded Fries and Giant Boston Beans drenched in maple and chilli flakes. For vegetarians, the Miso-baked Portobello Mushroom Caesar Salad is a must-try, with grilled gem hearts, kos, artisan olives, pickled red onions, shaved Reggiano, rustic croutons, and classic Caesar dressing. Those looking for a sweet treat can enjoy indulgent desserts such as Chocolate Mini Churros and traditional Apple & Blackberry Crumble.

A range of fruity, refreshing cocktails are also available with classics such as Amaretto Sour, Negroni or a punchy Espresso Martini. A range of signatures are expertly mixed, including Waterfront Punch – a fun concoction of Captain Morgan’s Spiced Rum, Funkin peach purée, apple juice, lime juice and gomme. A full range of wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks are also available, alongside non-alcoholic cocktails, tea and coffee.

The Waterfront has also been designed to be subdivided into areas for private events, corporate hospitality, and afterhours functions – identifying it as the ideal event’s space with a view. Open seven days a week, the Waterfront will service more than just visitors to Immerse LDN and Excel. The space is designed as a new food and drink destination for the local community, with its delicious menu, comfortable furnishings and stylish setting.
