London’s highest green oasis Sky Garden is poised and ready for its new Summer Stretch Series – a revival of its popular weekend yoga programme, now elevated with monthly wellness residencies, hosted by leading fitness creators. Taking place 36 storeys above the capital in the idyllic City Garden Bar, the high-altitude sessions offer the chance to rise above the hustle and bustle and unwind in a space bathed in natural light, with sweeping views of London’s skyline.
Sky Garden’s standard yoga classes will run every Saturday and Sunday throughout the summer with expert instructors guiding you through a range of flowing postures and exercises designed to make you feel energised and rejuvenated, transporting your body and mind to a place of strength, whilst the meditation session will have you feeling zen in no time. Tickets for these experiences start at £20.90 per person, with the option to add on a matcha latte or a rejuvenating Plenish shot for a post-session treat.
Pilates with Verity kicks off the first wellness residency on 9th and 10th May, followed by a women’s-only feel-good wellness experience hosted by Ria Gandhi on 30th May. Tickets start from £33 per person for each wellness residency, running monthly through to August with more to be announced.
After class, linger a little longer and explore the beautifully landscaped gardens, followed by brunch downstairs at Larch, where class attendees will receive 10% off the bill. Options include a ‘Fresh Italian’ breakfast, served with poached eggs, cavolo nero, datterini tomatoes and hot smoked salmon; rosemary & garlic focaccia with burrata, fried egg and rose harissa; or freshly baked pastries and an array of juices.
