Aqua Shard
A celebration that you’ll never forget. With a beautiful tasting menu featuring seasonal dishes paired to fine wines and a live band, New Year’s Eve at Aqua Shard is a truly special experience.

The early seating, from 5pm to 6pm, (£250pp) includes a glass of Pommery Champagne on arrival. Highlights from the decadent menu include Smokin’ Brothers cured salmon, Oscietra caviar and gribiche sauce, followed by Wagyu Beef Fillet served with mashed potato, foie gras and white truffle, port jus. A vegetarian menu is also available for £200pp.

Aqua Kyoto
Celebrate with a deliciously innovative Japanese sharing menu for £175pp alongside entertainment throughout the evening. Savour a selection of appetisers, sushi and sashimi before enjoying show-stopping dishes such as Black Cod and prawns gyoza and Australian 6+ Wagyu Sirloin, smoked aubergine miso, onion petals and black winter truffle. A vegetarian menu is also available for £150pp.

Dancers will perform throughout dinner before the resident DJ takes over the decks and plays from 9pm – 3am. Reservations are open from 7pm – 10pm, the table is yours for the entire evening.

Aqua Nueva
Fiesta into 2023 at Aqua Nueva with exquisite tapas dishes followed by a three-course meal for £175pp. With unmissable views from the rooftop terrace and immersive live entertainment throughout the evening, there is no better way to see in the new year. Dancers will perform throughout dinner before the resident DJ takes over the decks and plays from 9pm – 3am. Reservations are open from 7pm – 10pm, the table is yours for the entire evening.

Individual tickets are also available for the Aqua Spirit bar for £50pp and include a glass of champagne on arrival. For those wanting a table, bar tables for drinks are £100pp.
