Who will win the coveted 2023 Entrepreneurs Award in Social Innovation and a prize of £10,000?

The Company of Entrepreneurs’ Trust, in collaboration with The Company of Entrepreneurs, will be presenting the finalists of this year’s Entrepreneurs Award in Social Innovation in an extraordinary pitching event on May 30th.

Hosted by Freeman Entrepreneur Tony Matharu at the beautiful Skyline, set in the rooftop of his stylish five-star hotel – The Tower Suites, the EASI Final 2023 event will see finalists present innovative, impactful ideas to the panel of judges and guests attending.

The competing entrepreneurs will deliver their pitches and look to demonstrate what sets them apart from the rest. This will be their opportunity to show why they deserve to win this year’s EASI Award.

EASI is an annual award which provides support to early-stage UK-based social innovators working on innovative solutions to tackle big social and environmental issues.

This year, EASI is delighted to be sponsored by The University of Leicester. The EASI Winners will receive a generous £10,000 grant together with a year-long package of significant support, with the aim to facilitate their efforts and mission for the benefit of society.

“We are incredibly excited to learn more about this year’s finalists and their inspiring ideas at our upcoming event. The applications we received were nothing short of exceptional,” commented Gary Dixon, the Master of The Company of Entrepreneurs.

“We have come far since the launch of EASI last year, and we were simply ecstatic at the success it achieved. We cannot wait to be inspired by new individuals and organisations with innovative, impactful ideas this year.”

Once again, EASI received a huge number of applications, submitted by early-stage entrepreneurs with a social or environmental purpose, and the EASI Final will most certainly provide the perfect setting for both judges and guests to evaluate the finalists’ projects.

The audience will become involved in the voting process, too. They will be able to vote for their favourite pitch, playing an important part in influencing the judges’ decision.

Now in its second year, EASI has received overwhelming support from a number of supporters who strongly believe in the power of entrepreneurship and its ability to change the world for the better. These include Integrity International Group, Champions (UK) plc, The Trampery, Tribe Advisory & BritAsia TV.

“EASI would not be possible without the generosity of our EASI 2023 Partners, the University of Leicester, and our EASI Supporters,” says Gary Dixon.

“The success EASI has achieved has already helped build a strong community of like-minded individuals. Therefore, the finalists can benefit from being part of the EASI community and share its connections and resources.”

The Company of Entrepreneurs is proud to actively promote a message of fellowship and cooperation for entrepreneurs, seeking to bring like-minded entrepreneurs and supporters together.

“Although choosing just one EASI 2023 winner from the remarkable finalists that have been selected will be extremely difficult, we look forward to what we are sure will be an inspiring, thought-provoking and supportive evening,” adds Master Entrepreneur Gary Dixon.
