Xeinadin strengthens London presence with acquisition of accountancy firm KBSP

Xeinadin, one of the UK’s top 20 professional services firms, has acquired KBSP, a trusted and long-established accountancy practice based in Swiss Cottage, North London. The move bolsters Xeinadin’s presence in the capital, giving clients in North London access to broader expertise without losing the relationships they trust.

KBSP was founded in the 1960s and has built a reputation in North London for clear and client-focused advice, offering a wide range of services across audit, accounts, tax compliance, and consultancy. The firm has grown alongside many of its clients – from local startups to well-known national brands – offering not only accountancy expertise but long-term support through business growth, succession, and changing market conditions.

As part of Xeinadin, the move ensures continuity and relevance – preserving the firm’s identity, staff and location while unlocking access to a national network of specialists in R&D tax credits, audit assurance, IT systems, and sector-specific advisory work.

Xeinadin’s CEO, Derry Crowley, welcomed the firm, “KBSP’s longstanding reputation, strong client relationships and local insight make them an ideal fit for Xeinadin. Their focus on SMEs, commitment to client education, and adaptable service model reflect exactly the kind of firm we want to support and grow with. We’re delighted to welcome them aboard.”

David Myerson and Anthony Cowan, partners at KBSP, say the decision to join Xeinadin was driven by a shared ethos and a desire to elevate what the firm can offer its clients without losing its identity.

“We’re a partner led local firm,” said David Myerson, Partner at KBSP. “Our clients aren’t looking for a revolving door of advisors. They want to speak to someone who knows their name, their business, and their challenges. That’s what we’ve always offered, and it’s what we’ll keep offering – now with the extra tools and expertise that Xeinadin brings.”

“We’ve spent decades building trusted relationships with clients who value our personal approach and strong accounting knowledge,” said Anthony Cowan, Partner at KBSP. “Joining Xeinadin allows us to keep that front and centre while unlocking access to specialist tax, R&D and VAT support that would otherwise be out of reach for a firm of our size.”

With Xeinadin’s partner-led agility, unmatched service offering and cloud accounting expertise, KBSP’s clients now benefit from a truly comprehensive, digital-first solution. It empowers businesses at every stage of their growth, where tailored and personal business support is needed more than ever.
