Luxury real estate firm REDD recruit new Head of Private Clients

REDD, the leading luxury real estate firm, has recruited Charlotte Royden as Head of Private Clients in order to expand their project management and property management services to private clients across London and the Home Counties.

An interior decoration graduate from the prestigious Inchbald School of Design, Charlotte Royden brings to REDD substantial experience in the private client and business development sectors having previously held the role at Helen Green Design and London Design Group.

Led by Managing Director Russell Smithers, with a head office at One Heddon Street in Mayfair, REDD is a multi-national real estate firm which undertakes the role of client representative, providing project management and property management services for high-net-worth private clients who include families, private family offices, investors, landlords and landowners.

Whether it is the finding of a new site for a private house; planning and design; the refurbishment or construction of a new luxury home; the delivery of a turn-key dressed property for rental investment; or the management of a portfolio of properties, REDD act as client representative and oversee and implement the work on behalf of their clients.

To deliver the finest quality residential property, REDD collaborate closely with their network of suppliers and contacts who include leading architectural firms, interior designers and property advisers. These include Katharine Pooley, 1508 London and Taylor Howes.

REDD has an impressive existing private client base in Mayfair, where they manage a £150 million portfolio of properties for private clients and investors, and are currently refurbishing and managing luxury residential properties in Charles Street and Mount Street.

With Charlotte Royden joining the existing senior team, REDD is looking to expand its private client services to locations including Chelsea, St John’s Wood and Hampstead in London and addresses such as the Wentworth Estate, St George’s Hill, Cobham and Virginia Water in Surrey.

Within her role as Head of Private Clients, Charlotte will work closely with REDD’s existing private clients who include owner occupiers, high-net-worth investors, estate owners and private family offices.

Working closely with Russell Smithers, Charlotte will also identify and develop new client relationships. Working across either single residences or property portfolios, Charlotte will handle the development management and interior design process for each client. Once projects are completed, REDD also offer clients property management services and private house management.

Charlotte Royden, Head of Private Clients at REDD says: “REDD is distinctive because alongside refurbishment, design and development management work the business has a strong property management division. This enables us not just to deliver homes designed for owner occupation or rental investment, but to also manage for clients the ongoing rental and maintenance of the properties. This enables us to also advise clients on entry, investment and exit strategies from the real estate sector, which is invaluable for our high-net-worth clients.”

Russell Smithers, Managing Director at REDD commented: “Charlotte joins REDD at an exciting time for the business. We are currently busy closing agreements on some major new projects which Charlotte will help us manage. Charlotte will also help us expand from our central London heartland into West London, North West London and the Home Counties. I am confident that Charlotte will be a great addition to the REDD team.”
