Ex-Foxtons senior London Area Director Stuart Bennett has joined Beauchamp Estates as the new Head of Sales
Leading ultra-prime estate agent Beauchamp Estates has appointed ex-Foxtons Area Director Stuart Bennett as Head of Sales at its Mayfair office, covering London’s platinum postcodes and addresses including Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, St James’s, Kensington and Marylebone.
Stuart Bennett joins the existing Mayfair sales team at the award winning agency’s Mayfair offices on Curzon Street, an elegant townhouse which alongside the Mayfair sales department also houses client meeting rooms, the company’s international HQ led by Founding Director Gary Hersham, the Mayfair lettings department led by Erik Holmgren, Mayfair new homes department led by New Homes Director Paul Finch and the group marketing department, led by Marketing Manager Harriet Woods.
Stuart Bennett will be leading the existing Mayfair sales team and be responsible for overseeing and growing the sales department in the office. Beauchamp Estates has been selling and letting homes in Mayfair since 1979 and the Mayfair sales office has some of the most prestigious sales listings in London including the £55 million former Gucci headquarters building, now a mega-mansion, on Grafton Street, the £29.95 million former coach house of the Dukes of Culross, now a grand townhouse on Culross Street, a £20 million family residence on Eaton Place and a £19.45 million residence on Cadogan Place.

Stuart Bennett joins Beauchamp Estates from Foxtons where he had been an Area Director, overseeing the Park Lane, Marylebone, West End and Notting Hill offices, responsible for setting sales and lettings targets across all four offices for over 110 staff. Having joined Foxtons in 1998 as a Sales Negotiator at the Notting Hill office, his successful career saw him gain experience in everything from core deal activity to people management, team building, office management and senior director responsibilities.

Married in 2014, with two children, Stuart and his family live in Chiswick. Alongside his career in property Stuart Bennett is a keen sportsman all his life, playing football, previously to county level, and enjoying cycling. Cycling has seen Stuart undertake charity bike rides for Sport Relief and become involved the Felix Project, a charity organised by the Quintessentially Foundation that saves surplus food from suppliers and redistributes it to charities: helping to reduce food surplus and help those in need. The last Felix Project charity bike ride raised over £400,000 for the charity and cycled 550 kms.
