With Barbie mania continuing to sweep the nation, Moonpig customers have been quick to send Barbie inspired birthday wishes to friends and family reporting a +150%*(almost triple) uplift in sales of cards in the range from the month prior.

New data has revealed the people of Glasgow are Barbie’s biggest fans having sent the most cards in the country, closely followed by Edinburgh, Newcastle and then Stoke on Trent.

To celebrate the new movie release, earlier this year, Moonpig teamed up with Danilo to create a new range of x5 new designs featuring golden girl of the moment, Miss Margot Robbie herself. Out of the new designs the card featuring the message: “This Is The Best Day Ever” is now one of the top three best sellers within the wider Barbie range.
