Connor to be joined by Associated British Foods and TUI for ‘what Brexit means for organisations’ event in May

Connor.co.uk, the people and change experts, has announced details of an industry panel event in London with two expert speakers from HR and organisational change backgrounds.

The event, which is open to senior business leaders and HR professionals, is designed to lead people and organisations to success through periods of uncertainty, particularly how they can evolve and thrive through Brexit.

One of the speakers, Ian Mace, is Brexit Lead for Associated British Foods which is a diversified international food, ingredients and retail group with 137,000 employees across 50 countries. The grocery arm of the business includes brands such as Twinings, Dorset Cereals and Kingsmill, and Primark is the major retail group owned by Associated British Foods.

Ian Mace will share the journey of Associated British Foods so far, and their plans for the future against the protracted uncertainties of Brexit. He joins the panel with a wealth of experience, having evaluated and planned for the impacts of Brexit across the group for the last two years.

Joining him on the panel is Caroline Kitcher, HR Director for TUI. Caroline has been responsible for all HR functions across TUI in the UK and Ireland since 2013, and will share her experience in leading large organisations through periods of change.

The final speaker at the event is Elaine Stephens, Head of People Development at Connor. She will discuss how to successfully embed change and equip people with the resilience and agility to drive success.

The Evolve and Thrive: Brexit event takes place from 16:30 on 2nd May 2019 at the Hospital Club in London. Free registrations are now open for senior business leaders and HR professionals at http://www2.connor.co.uk/evolveandthrivebrexit.
