Willett’s, the recently opened neighbourhood bistro and bar set within The Cadogan, A Belmond Hotel in Chelsea, has launched a new set lunch menu and ‘Willett’s Hour’ £8 cocktails, £6 lagers and £1 oysters and sausage rolls from 6pm – 7pm.
Willett’s is rooted in a modern British approach. Named after William Willett, the daylight-saving pioneer who once lived in the building, the restaurant focuses on seasonal cooking, thoughtful sourcing and a relaxed, all-day format that moves from coffee and light lunches through to dinner and drinks. The terrace and interiors are a nod to Willett’s legacy, bringing the idea back to the British garden and reflecting the fresh ingredients that shape the kitchen’s menus. Herbs are grown on-site, while both food and drink champion produce sourced from across the UK.
This philosophy is beautifully captured in their brand-new set lunch menu (priced at £32 for two courses and £36 for three courses). The menu features seasonal dishes like hand-chopped ex-dairy beef with Willett’s mustard, grilled seabream with a langoustine bisque and sea vegetables, and a nostalgic jam roly-poly with woodruff custard.
To complement the new offering, ‘Willett’s Hour’ runs daily from 6pm to 7pm on the terrace and at the bar. Celebrating those extra hours of daylight, it offers £8 signature cocktails (usually £14), alongside £6 lagers and £1 oysters and sausage rolls. The drinks list leans heavily into British flavours with a seasonal edge, including Yorkshire rhubarb, smoked pear, Granny Smith apple and Isle of Wight tomato.
