Sky-high spritz, golden-hour views and the unmistakable spirit of la dolce vita return to Sky Garden this summer as Aperol takes over the capital’s highest public garden for a season-long residency. Celebrating the quintessential Italian aperitivo, known for its vibrant orange hue, the terrace takeover kicks off with The ULTIMATE Aperol Summer Party on 22 May, with high-energy vibes, spritz on repeat and live performances from ALR Music.
Designed for after-work drinks that drift effortlessly into late nights, the terrace bar will serve the classic Aperol Spritz, alongside Campari Spritz, fruity Sarti Spritz, refreshing Hugo Spritz and the non-alcoholic Crodino Spritz. For groups, the Aperol Spritz Sharing Tree (£48) brings a showstopping centrepiece to the occasion with four cocktails served on a tiered stand.
To accompany the drinks menu, guests can enjoy a Mediterranean-inspired selection of sharing plates and small bites, with highlights including chicken wings and buffalo cauliflower wings glazed in a sweet chilli sauce; and the Sky Garden Platter, featuring glazed pork belly; a crispy corn dog topped with Marie Rose sauce; torpedo prawns; cauliflower wings and heritage potato bites.
Sky Garden will also present eight exclusive music nights in collaboration with Aperol, running throughout the summer. There will be three additional ULTIMATE Summer Party events with ALR Music, providing an immersive live music experience. They will also hold four La Dolce Vita Nights that pair classic pop with live vocals from the Angela Quartet, bringing a touch of Mediterranean party life to the City. Tickets for all Music Nights are priced at £20 and include a welcome Aperol Spritz.
Whether it’s spontaneous sunset drinks, late-night dancing or unbeatable skyline views you’re after, Sky Garden’s Aperol Terrace is bold, beautiful and set to raise the bar this summer.
