A SUMMER SUPPER CLUB WITH CHEF VIVEK SINGH

To mark 25 years of redefining Indian dining in London, Executive Chef Vivek Singh is bringing a summer edition of his popular supper club to Cinnamon Kitchen City on Saturday 13th June, with an emphasis on dishes from the live grill and tandoor.

Beginning at 5:30pm and just a short walk from Liverpool Street Station, the intimate evening begins with canapés before guests settle in for a nine-dish sharing experience. The menu will be prepared by Vivek alongside long-serving chefs Rakesh Ravindran and Hari Nagaraj, both of whom have been with the brand since its inception, joined by selected masterclass alumni coming together to cook up an unforgettable feast.

The dinner, focussing on Indian grill and tandoor plates, will be served in the former East India Company spice warehouse that now houses Cinnamon Kitchen City. In true summer style, the beautifully lit Devonshire Square terrace – designed for all-weather dining – provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening.

Guests will be welcomed with dishes such as tandoori guinea fowl tikka and smoked aubergine curry. Showcasing the very best of the season’s produce, starters include Kadhai-spiced English asparagus and spice-crusted seabass wrapped in banana leaf. Signature mains and sides include the tandoori saddle of Kentish lamb and showstopping Hyderabadi-style chicken biryani finished on the grill. To conclude on a sweet note, dessert features a mango rasmalai tres leches with pistachio nougat.

This one-night-only event is priced at £75 per person, offering guests the rare chance to mark a landmark moment in modern Indian dining.
