AITCH GROUP APPOINT NEW ASSISTANT HEAD OF ASSET AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SAOIRSE BYRNE
Boutique property developer Aitch Group has appointed Saoirse Byrne to be their new Assistant Head of Asset and Property Management as the business confirms its commitment to spend £100 million on land acquisitions by the end of 2022 with £66 million already spent across six new sites.
Saoirse joins Aitch Group from Savills Ireland where she worked for the past four years. Saoirse began her career at Savills as an intern in the Property Solutions department, providing strategic advice to a range of clients for one-off properties and portfolios. After her internship, Saoirse joined the Savills graduate programme and began her career as a Graduate Surveyor, working with both the investment and retail teams and advising a broad range of clients including funds, intermediaries, developers and large retailers.
After two years, Saoirse completed her graduate programme and took on the role of Surveyor within the Professional Services team at Savills where she completed her APC qualification and became a member of the SCSI and RICS. Her role included providing strategic real estate consultancy and valuation advice across a range of sectors and asset classes.
Now, Saoirse joins Aitch Group, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and industry experience which will allow her to be successful in her role as Assistant Head of Asset and Property Management managing the group’s current and pipeline developments.

Aitch Group are actively seeking new land opportunities without planning permission across London and the South East and encourage new introductions to help grow their development pipeline. In the residential sector, Aitch Group will look at sites with land values of up to £30 million and within price points between £500 to £950 per square foot. In the Student Accommodation sector Aitch Group is seeking sites that can provide over 250 student beds.
