It’s the tastiest time of year and Bill’s Soho have got something for everyone this festive season and beyond. From Tuesday, 15th November, diners can feast their eyes (and tums) on a series of new, winter-warming menu items including the infamous Festive Feast Burger, a Christmas set menu including Ho Ho Ho-ney Ham, limited-edition festive pancakes topped with gingerbread syrup, and Christmas-themed cocktails. Topping off these tasty treats and tipples, Bill’s will also be hosting a giveaway where everyone wins!*

Additions to the all-day menu include the mighty Santa’s Burger Stack (£15.95); a beef patty topped with smoked streaky bacon, melted Stilton and roasted red onion relish, served with rosemary fries, and the Boxing Day Red Thai Turkey Curry (£14.95) with diced turkey breast, baby spinach, parsnips and carrots, served with coconut rice and mint yoghurt.

For dessert, Bill’s have pulled out all the stops, bringing Christmas magic with their White Chocolate and Baileys Snowball (£6.95) featuring white chocolate and marsala snowball parfait and a drizzle of Baileys, and their cosy Christmas Crumble filled with warming Apple & Mincemeat (£6.75), served with vanilla custard and clotted cream ice cream. The excitement continues with Bill’s paying homage to Christmas past with the little and large combination of a Laurel Cocktail (£8.50) & Hardy Burger (£15.95) available for a limited time over the festive period.

If the food wasn’t enough, Bill’s has created a selection of tantalising festive tipples, including Let it Snow (£9.95) with Monkey 47 Gin and a mix of Chambord, Prosecco and a twist of lemon, topped with a flurry of candyfloss. Also on the drinks menu this Christmas is the Winter Spiced Negroni (£8.95) with Plymouth Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth, and the Gingerbread Espresso Martini (£8.95) with Havana Club 7, Kahlua, espresso and gingerbread syrup partnered with a mini gingerbread man.

Also landing on the menu this Christmas are the limited-edition and mouth-wateringly magical Festive Pancakes! Bill’s favourite Buttermilk pancakes are getting a seasonal makeover and being transformed into a winter wonderland warmer, with pancakes topped with banana, gingerbread, whipped cream, meringue pieces and hazelnuts, drizzled with Gingerbread syrup and festive sprinkles. Available for £8.00 (3 stack) or £9.95 (5 stack).
