AllBright, the world’s largest collective of women in business, announces the launch of new membership types, accompanied by a fresh website and captivating ad creative. Women can now access its Mayfair Townhouse and digital platforms with tailormade memberships designed for them to realise their ambition at different stages of their careers, from manager through to board level. The new creative direction and new look website capture the brand’s mission to co-create a workplace where everyone wins – an inspiring journey that’s not just about gender balance, but about building workplaces where everyone is connected with their full potential.

AllBright’s new explosive advertising creative symbolises women joining forces to achieve success through collective growth, mutual support, and diverse perspectives. It’s a visual testament to the transformative power of unity and collaboration and was developed in partnership with Leeds based Brand Consultancy agency, Propaganda.

The brand-new website, created by AllBright’s talented in-house creative and product teams, is all about taking users on a clear journey to find out how AllBright can best support them. Landing on the homepage, users are greeted by a powerful brand film. It then dives into the heart of the AllBright mission, which revolves around three key pillars: Connect, Learn, and Inspire. The user-friendly platform clearly points the way to solutions for both businesses and individuals, making sure that every woman, no matter where she is on her journey, feels fully supported.

Since launching in 2018, AllBright has expanded its reach to 2.8 million globally, gaining insights into what women need to thrive at each stage of their careers. The new membership tiers provide tailor made support throughout the career journey; enabling women to navigate new challenges from handling team meetings to global leadership. With events and programming at the Mayfair Townhouse including group cohorts, masterclasses, coaching, workshops, and a wealth of learning and development available on the thriving digital platform; AllBright members have access to world-class programmes to help them achieve their goals.
