Almost 3,500 guests turned out for the 18th bi-annual London Home Show on Saturday 13th April, hosted by the country’s leading online portal for first time buyer homes, Share to Buy. Following the success of the London event, Share to Buy ended the day by announcing plans for the very first Bristol Home Show, which will take place on Saturday 29th June 2024.

The London Home Show took place at the QEII Centre, Westminster. The free event provided access to leading providers of first time buyer homes and some of the biggest names in the UK property industry. Over 45 exhibitors attended on the day, including sponsors Square Roots, L&Q, Guinness Homes, SO Resi, Legal & General Affordable Homes, Peabody New Homes, NHG Homes, Southern Housing New Homes, FABRICA, SiteSales and Abri Homes.

Attendees were able to find out about hundreds of available and upcoming homes across London and the Home Counties, ask questions directly to sales teams, and were even able to register interest in properties on the day.

The no.1 event for the capital’s first time buyers, a host of well-attended informative sessions ran throughout the day including brand-new Legal Sessions, hosted by specialist solicitors and conveyancers. Mortgage experts, Censeo Financial, returned with their hugely popular Affordability Sessions which focused on financial assessments and mortgages, whilst property influencer and professional Property Finder Lexie Carducci gave a sold-out ‘Property Personal Shopping’ workshop. Over 1,900 budding buyers attended sessions, workshops and seminars throughout the day.

Share to Buy’s first-ever exhibition outside the capital, the Bristol Home Show will take place at the Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel between 10.30am and 4pm.
