atis unveils Summer menu and @sophiethenutritionist edit ahead of landmark London opening

atis is refreshing its menu for summer with a new lineup of vibrant, seasonal bowls and Power Plates designed for warmer days. Launching from 8 June across all atis stores, the menu champions fresh produce, bold flavours and protein-packed additions.

Launching in line with the new menu is a limited-edition collaboration with nutritionist and social media creator Sophie Gatsman. Available from 8–21 June only, The atis x Sophie the Nutritionist Edit combines romaine, kale and cabbage, wholegrain rice, sweetcorn, shredded carrots, cucumber, spring onion and coriander, chilli lime cashews, chipotle lime dressing and atis’ brand-new herb chicken breast protein.

Summer menu highlights include the return of the much-loved Kalamata Queen with olives, feta and lemon oregano vinaigrette, alongside three new Power Plates for the season. New additions include Spicy Cauli Tofu and Greek BBQ Chicken, while the much-loved Chicken Pesto Parm returns by popular demand after becoming one of Deliveroo’s most popular dishes last summer.

atis is also expanding its Build Your Own offering with new additions including falafel, hummus, roasted courgettes, olives and roasted walnuts giving customers even more ways to customise their salads and bowls throughout the warmer months. The menu also introduces herb chicken breast as a new protein option, offering even greater variety across bowls and plates, as well as featuring in The Sophie The Nutritionist Edit.

To coincide with the summer menu launch, atis’ newest location, atis St James’ Park, will officially open its 3,600 sq. ft. site on 8 June, moments from St James’s Park and Parliament Square. Designed by Day Trip Studio, the space features vibrant outdoor seating, bespoke circadian rhythm lighting and recycled materials throughout. To celebrate the opening, the first 100 customers through the door will receive a free bowl of their choice, with 50% off all bowls and plates available from 8–12 June between 11am–3pm.
