BLACK SHEEP COFFEE LAUNCHES AUTUMN MENU WITH INVENTIVE NEW HOJICHA AND MATCHA FLAVOURS

Black Sheep Coffee will launch its Autumn 2026 menu on 2nd September, with Hojicha joining the menu for the first time alongside new Matcha drinks, and a Masala Chai. Alongside returning favourites Pumpkin Spice, and Maple & Pecan Açaí Bowl.
Leading the new menu is the roasted Japanese green tea, Hojicha, emerging as an alternative to Matcha. Unlike Matcha’s distinctive green colour and vegetal flavour, Hojicha is roasted, giving the tea a deeper, toasted flavour profile.
Black Sheep Coffee is introducing three Hojicha drinks for autumn: the Hojicha Latte, Vanilla Hojicha Latte and Salted Caramel & Macadamia Hojicha Latte, with all three available hot or iced. Customers will be able to choose between Matcha and Hojicha as their base, making it easy to try the same flavours with either tea.
Pumpkin Spice is back for the season, too, with the Pumpkin Spice Latte returning hot or iced with cream and pumpkin spice sauce, alongside the Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte, also available both ways.
The menu is rounded out with a comforting Masala Chai, served hot or iced, while the Maple & Pecan Açaí Bowl also makes its way back to the menu for the season.
Eirik Holth and Gabriel Shohet, Co-Founders and Co-CEOs of Black Sheep Coffee, said, “We’re always looking for new ways to shake up the coffee menu, and Hojicha felt like a natural fit for autumn. It has a rich, roasted flavour that’s completely different from Matcha, but works just as well in a latte — hot or iced. Whether you’re already a Matcha fan or have never tried Hojicha before, there’s plenty to discover on this year’s autumn menu. Whether you’re firmly on team Matcha or ready to try Hojicha, there are plenty of new combinations to get into this season.”
The Black Sheep Coffee Autumn Menu launches nationwide from 2nd September 2026.
