Bob Bob Ricard, the restaurant renowned for its love of Champagne, is unveiling what is set to be World’s Coldest Martini, chilled at a refreshing -22°C.
As the martini continues its rise with a global resurgence, Bob Bob Ricard redefines the category with a serve that removes ice and dilution entirely, instead serving a liquid with absolute clarity. This latest expression of modern mixology will be perfectly mixed, served from a frozen bottle, ensuring sub-zero precision in every pour. Guests may choose between Vodka or Gin; three times distilled Reserve Vodka or Tanqueray 10 Gin, both offered dry to honour the purity and discipline of the classic martini.
The frozen pour is the result of meticulous experimentation, where science meets mixology in perfect harmony through temperature control and balanced spirits. The result is a cocktail of remarkable texture – offering a silky, crystal clear martini, unwavering from the first sip to last. This serve also reflects a wider shift, as consumers seek more intentional, cleaner drinking options. Welcoming a pure take on the beloved martini, the focus centres on the spirit itself, welcoming a clean and uncompromising taste.
In authentic Bob Bob Ricard style, upon ordering guests will be served the liquid from the frozen bottle directly with a tableside service into frozen martini glasses, completed by white-gloved waiters. Garnishes are kept to a simple twist or olive, allowing the liquid to speak for itself.
As London’s hospitality scene continues to embrace the martini’s revival, Bob Bob Ricard takes it one step further with a substantial temperature drop. From Champagne summoned at the touch of a button, to martinis poured below freezing, the restaurant continues to innovate at the intersection between luxury, precision, and performance.
The World’s Coldest Martini will be available at Bob Bob Ricard Soho only.
