Book now and beat the crowds for biggest ever RHS Glow

Tickets are selling fast for this year’s RHS Glow spectacular, which opens next month at RHS Gardens Bridgewater, Harlow Carr, Hyde Hall, Rosemoor and Wisley for dates from 16 November 2022 to 8 January 2023.

A new off-peak ticket option1, helping visitors save money by choosing quieter times to visit RHS Glow, is proving popular and the charity is advising early booking to secure a time slot.

The biggest ever event sees refreshed routes and dazzling new features at all gardens offer the chance to experience the RHS Gardens in a different light, even for those who have visited before. The twinkling winter walks are unique to each location and highlight some of the season’s most spectacular sights after dark, with a selection of sweet and savoury treats available along the way.

The RHS Garden Centres will remain open late throughout Glow2 for decorating and gifting inspiration galore. Shoppers will find all they need for the perfect Christmas, including top quality British-grown Christmas trees, exquisite decorations, seasonal plants, festive foodie treats and unique gifts for all the family.

RHS Garden Bridgewater, 16 November – 30 December

Glow returns to RHS Garden Bridgewater with a new and improved trail full of festive sparkle. Weave your way through yew domes festooned with fairy lights, explore a magical family discovery trail inspired by local folklore and take a selfie with giant, colour-changing stars. Enjoy colourful projections and hundreds of lights twinkling across the garden walls and Orchard lawn, before arriving at Moon Bridge Water to experience a dramatic fountain display. Treat yourself to a selection of warming drinks and tasty festive treats available to buy from the new Stables Café and the Bridgewater Café.

RHS Garden Harlow Carr, 17 November – 30 December

Take an enchanting walk at RHS Garden Harlow Carr, marvelling at spectacular light displays along your way. New for 2022, enjoy ambient sounds around the Queen Mother’s Lake and be wowed by a ‘pixel lawn’ with hundreds of synchronised, dancing lights. Take a break along the way and tuck into tasty festive treats and warming drinks at the world famous Betty’s Tea House. This year Harlow Carr is working with local charity The Unity to offer two exclusive sessions for families living with disability, neurodiversity or from vulnerable backgrounds.

RHS Garden Hyde Hall, 22 November – 30 December

Go on an enchanting journey around RHS Garden Hyde Hall and see much-loved garden areas awash with colour against the dark night sky. New for 2022, follow the trail up onto the Hilltop, past the iconic Thatched Barn and through the Dry Garden, where dazzling lights and sound effects add to the drama. Wander through the Winter Garden and be dazzled by the living willow sculptures immersed in festive colour. Enjoy a tempting selection of hot drinks and tasty treats available to buy along the trail and from the Clover Café at the garden entrance.

RHS Garden Rosemoor, 17 November – 30 December

Immerse yourself in light and sound at RHS Garden Rosemoor this winter. On the longest route yet, see your favourite garden areas, including the Lake and Woodland, light up the night with festive colour and sparkle. New for 2022, enjoy an enchanting galaxy of giant stars on the Stream Field, a tunnel of lights along the Long Borders, and the Orchard shelter all aglow. Every evening there will be a range of entertainment such as craft fairs, choirs and even spectacular fire shows! Stay awhile and immerse yourself in the Glow experience with one of Rosemoor’s delightful holiday apartments.
