BUTTERNUT BOX LAUNCHES NATIONAL COMPETITION TO MAKE DOGS FAMOUS

TO CELEBRATE International Dog Day on Friday 26th August, fresh dog food subscription service Butternut Box is launching a new ‘#DogsDeserveFame’ competition, giving 20 lucky pups the chance to become the famous stars of their very own billboard campaign.

The chosen winners will attend an exclusive photoshoot, where they’ll get ready for their close up and have their photos taken, ready to become the stars of the show on billboards across the nation.

Offering an extra special prize for the ultimate fame hungry dogs, social media followers will be asked to vote for four winners out of the shortlisted 20, taking their A-list make over even further, by wrapping their winning photos onto double-decker buses.

The buses will hit the road early next year with Butternut Box’s winners brightening up the nation as they tour around local routes in the cities – making a few lucky dogs the ultimate celebrated stars.

The competition aims to champion all dogs, communicating why our furry companions deserve to be famous – no matter their breed, shape, size or colour. With its mission to deliver health and happiness to dogs and their humans around the world, Butternut Box’s ethos is that ‘dogs deserve better’ and sometimes a little bit of fame too.

Dave Nolan, co-founder of Butternut Box comments: “We love having the opportunity to celebrate dogs up and down the country, so we’re delighted to be launching our #DogsDeserveFame competition, with our biggest prize to date.

“We know the nation will love the chance to make their dog famous and see their happy, furry faces hitting the road, wrapped onto the side of a double-decker bus. Butternut Box is a brand which celebrates all dogs, and it’s our mission to deliver health and happiness to dogs across the world – and what could make them happier than becoming famous!”

Made with freshly prepared ingredients, all Butternut Box meals are created with the right balance of vitamins and minerals for dogs of every age, with no nasties, no grains and no harsh temperatures.
