CAMDEN APARTMENT SELLS AT RECORD BREAKING PRICE

One of Camden Town’s most desirable addresses at Chappell Lofts has sold achieving a record-breaking pound per square foot price, reveals leading estate agent Aston Chase who have brokered two significant deals in recent months at the development. Following an impressive rental deal agreed earlier this year which achieved the highest rental price for Camden Town, Aston Chase has successfully sold the Chappell Lofts show apartment, achieving the highest pound per square foot price in Camden Town’s history and the agent’s second milestone deal for the development.

Located on Belmont Street, the vibrant conversion of a famous Victorian piano factory Chappell Lofts offers contemporary loft-style living with a high specification and designer finishes throughout. The sale of the 1,954 sq. ft. apartment achieved a pound per square foot price of £1,892, higher than any deals in Camden Town’s history.
