Following the release of their new album ‘Yeah Yeah Yeah’ earlier this year, Indie icons CAST have announced a UK tour for October 2026. CAST will also be joined by special guests Trampolene and Pastel on selected dates.
Kicking off in Leeds at University Stylus on 1st October, the band will perform five headline dates at some of their favourite venues across the UK before culminating with a homecoming show at Liverpool Dome on 24th October.
CAST released their latest UK Top 10 album, ‘Yeah Yeah Yeah’, on January 30th. Produced by Youth (The Verve, Pink Floyd, Primal Scream) and recorded at his Space Mountain studio in Spain, the album captures the band at their most liberated, adventurous and inspired. Traversing Cast’s trademark blend of anthemic songwriting, wistful melancholy and melodic immediacy, the record expands their sound with elements of gospel, psychedelia, funk, acoustic intimacy and powerful rock ‘n’ roll.
Since emerging from Liverpool in the mid-1990s, CAST have earned platinum-selling success, multiple Top 10 albums and a reputation as one of the UK’s finest live acts. Their influence continues to resonate across generations, with sold-out headline performances and acclaimed festival appearances proving their enduring appeal.
Fronted by songwriter John Power, the band enjoyed immediate success with their debut album ‘All Change’, which became Polydor Records’ biggest-selling debut album at the time and remains one of the era’s landmark releases. CAST went on to release four studio albums during their original run, including the platinum-selling ‘Mother Nature Calls’, achieving ten UK Top 10 singles and three Top 10 albums. Their catalogue established them as one of Britain’s most enduring guitar bands, renowned for Power’s distinctive songwriting, uplifting melodies and timeless anthems.
Their new album release follows a landmark period for the band. Having joined Oasis on their historic UK and Ireland stadium dates throughout 2025 and embarked upon an extensive headline tour celebrating the 30th anniversary of ‘All Change’, CAST continue to demonstrate their enduring relevance and vitality. More than three decades after their formation, they remain one of Britain’s most beloved and influential guitar bands, still creating music with the same spirit, conviction and sense of possibility that first propelled them to prominence.
Currently in the midst of a packed summer festival season, CAST are excited to head out on their UK tour this autumn. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on Friday 17th July and will be available from www.gigsandtours.com and www.ticketmaster.co.uk.
