Chef Adam Handling MBE unveils two special dinners at Frog by Adam Handling

Chef Adam Handling MBE is celebrating two of his favourite luxury ingredients, caviar and truffles, with a pair of exclusive dinners at his Michelin-starred Covent Garden restaurant, Frog, this November. Showcasing the versatility of each ingredient, the Ahrelia Caviar Dinner on 17th November and the White Truffle Dinner, in collaboration with Zak Frost, on 24th November will explore the many ways in which these exceptional ingredients can shine.

17th November 2026 – Ahrelia Caviar Dinner

Earlier this year, Adam acquired his own caviar house, Ahrelia, with one simple
ambition: to get as much of this luxurious ingredient onto plates as possible. Now,
he’s putting it centre stage with a six-course tasting menu celebrating
Ahrelia’s six expressions of caviar, including Oscietra, Kaluga and Beluga. Each
course will be paired with a different expression of the caviar, taking guests on a
decadent journey from the first snack right through to dessert. Because when it comes
to indulgence, Adam doesn’t do things by halves.

The menu

Snacks
Aged beef tartare
‘Not an oyster’
Cornish seafood broth

Hash brown, smoked crème fraîche
BBQ scallop, Somerset cider sauce
Caviar waffle, sturgeon cream, birch syrup

Custard tart, olive oil ice cream

24th November 2026 – White Truffle Dinner

A week later, it’s all about the white truffle.

One of Adam’s favourite times of year, white truffle season calls for a celebration of
its own. Joining him at Frog is Zak Frost, one of the world’s leading authorities on
hunting, sourcing and supplying fresh truffles, who will talk guests through the
background of the truffles they are sampling throughout a six-course tasting menu,
showcasing the perfectly in-season ingredient.

Founder of Wiltshire Truffles, Zak Frost, commented: “Adam and I have worked
closely together since very early in both of our journeys – I can’t believe we haven’t
done a truffle dinner together until now! I am so excited to join him at Frog to
celebrate the magic of this unique and wonderful ingredient.”

Chef Adam Handling MBE added: “The best dinners start with incredible
ingredients and these are two of my absolute favourites. These menus are all about
getting creative and celebrating both ingredients in all their forms and to finally
collaborate with Zak on a white truffle dinner is brilliant – it’s been a very long time coming.”

The menu

Chestnut & white truffle custard, hazelnut
‘Frog fried chicken’ sweetbread
BBQ sweetcorn, smoked bacon, girolles

Guests should expect the unexpected, with Adam in his element showcasing his
