Faros Unveils Its Christmas Aperitivo Menu

Faros
Oxford Circus brings a touch of Mediterranean festive warmth with its new Christmas Aperitivo Menu, Italian-inspired seasonal cocktails paired with comforting, flavour-forward dishes.

At the forefront of the line-up is a series of limited-edition winter cocktails. These include the rich Angelo
d’Inverno, made with brandy, Baileys, double cream, pumpkin spice and cinnamon; the Negroni di Natale, a festive twist on the classic with cranberry and Antica Formula; a duo of seasonal spritzes dressed with Christmassy garnishes; and a spice-infused mulled
wine.

To complement the festive serves, guests can enjoy a selection of comforting Italian–Mediterranean dishes.
Highlights include the Truffle Pizza topped with Black Truffle shavings, the
Rigatoni Cavolo Nero, Risotto Mare, the Smoky L’Affumicata Pizza, and the luxurious
Filetto di Manzo ai Porcini.

Set against the restaurant’s warm and inviting backdrop, complete with festive blue and gold decorations,
Faros presents its new menu as one of central London’s most atmospheric festive destinations.
