Boxing legend and promoter Floyd Mayweather Jr. showed his support for London based restaurant Dough Central, on his Instagram account. Posting two stories, Floyd showed his love for the Colliers Wood based restaurant to his 24.9m followers, revealing it is his favourite pizza joint to visit whenever he is in London.

Essex Businessman and owner Amjad Khalid welcomed Floyd to Dough Central before lockdown took place but thanks to Floyd’s support and posts, many Londoners have now discovered Floyd’s favourite pizza restaurant and have expressed their interest in the stand-alone store.

‘Support like this is so important for small businesses during lockdown. Floyd’s stories have highlighted our fantastic pizza restaurant to many Londoners and we have had many enquires regarding deliveries and when we are reopening after the lockdown eases’.
Dough Central is currently closed due to the national UK lockdown but is still fulfilling deliveries to neighbouring communities who can order direct or through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat.
