GRAB LIFE BY THE APPLES; OSU apple cider vinegar launches the first ever cooking and fitness class mashup

Group fitness is back so grab a towel, come thirsty and get ready to kick some ass. OSU apple cider vinegar has launched the UK’s first workout class that fuses cooking and fitness. The CICC-ASS Workout – that’s a Completely Intensive Cooking Class – guarantees to get your heart rate up with rapid fire supersets paired with active cooking of healthy drinks and breakfast dishes using OSU apple cider vinegar.

CICC-ASS crosses over the power of HIIT, the energy of spin and positive wellbeing habits of cooking in a high tempo 30-minute body blitz, allowing you to whisk, shake, mix and taste your way into the day – while incorporating apple cider vinegar into your daily routine will compliment your long-term wellbeing, something the Japanese have been doing for centuries and still do today!

For the first time in months people will be able to enjoy fitness classes again and the award-winning studio FLY LDN will be running the CICC-ASS program for four weeks, every Monday morning at 10am.

Set to a pumping playlist and suitable for all abilities, you’ll kick-start your week by whipping up OSU apple cider vinegar’s most popular morning recipes – a punchy blueberry & banana smoothie, a sensational smashed avocado & prawn toast and stay hydrated with delicious OSU infusions. This won’t be like any recipe you have ever followed before with rounds of high-intensity exercises followed by short periods of rest combined as part of the process. Your breakfast will taste as good as you feel and will be enjoyed at the end of your session…but you’ll need to work for it.

Clarisse Fraisse, OSU senior brand manager said: “When it comes to health and wellness quick fixes and fads don’t cut it – it’s the small positive changes that lead to lifelong habits that make the difference. We recently worked with an inspiring team of Japanese nonagenarians who taught us the importance of daily rituals in establishing a balanced lifestyle, it’s a secret Japanese have handed down through generations for centuries and it inspired us to create the CICC-ASS program, to show people how easy and tasty it is to work OSU apple cider vinegar into the morning routine, without compromising on enjoyment.”

The 30-minute CICC-ASS workout classes are charged at £5 and available to book now via EventBrite here. Wellness shouldn’t be a punishment, so grab your towel
(and your gym kit), come hungry and get ready to grab life by the apples with classes running on 17th, 24th , 31st May and 7 th June.

There’s plenty of ways to make OSU apple cider vinegar part of your daily ritual – as a refreshing drink, or as a tangy ingredient in salads, smoothies and marinades.
