Forget the queues and five second selfies. Your living room has just become a gallery filled with masterpieces and the best of British!
Hisense is putting up and coming UK artists in the spotlight, with 20 amateur artists now showcased on the VIDAA platform alongside legends like Van Gogh and Monet as part of a new collection! From bold, computer-led designs to dreamy, immersive surrealism, their work is now on display in homes from the UK to Australia, Germany, Singapore and beyond!
London’s very own up and coming artist, Francisco Cortes, is one of the talented local artists whose artwork is now on the VIDAA platform! Everyone in London and across the UK can now see his piece, ‘The Poetry of Freedom’ on any Hisense TV running VIDAA.

Want to see the best of the next generation of British artists? Just switch on your Hisense TV* and navigate to the VIDAA art section. In addition to Francisco’s art, all 20 pieces are now available in an exclusive collection, side by side with masterpieces from some of the greatest artists in history.
Driving Home – Diane Griffiths, showcased on a Hisense CanvasTV
To decide which artists made the cut, Hisense and VIDAA Artwork launched a UK-wide competition judged by Kate Bryan, a familiar face for art fans through her role as judge for Portrait Artist of the Year and Landscape Artist of the Year. The competition was open to all, students, professionals and weekend painters alike!
The winning artworks have been professionally graded in Dolby Vision and added to the exclusive VIDAA Art collection, available for VIDAA users everywhere.
Boundless – Jill Basham, showcased on a Hisense CanvasTV
Any TV running the VIDAA operating system can show the collection, but the most authentic, gallery-like experience can be found on the Hisense Canvas TV, a 4K QLED television designed to look like framed artwork, so when you’re not watching your favourite shows it displays gallery-quality art. Seamlessly blending art and entertainment it’s matte, anti-glare finish and swappable frames mean it fits into any room or style.
Rob Andrews, Head of Strategy & GTM at Hisense UK commented:
“We’re thrilled to bring homegrown UK talent to a global audience, giving these artists a fantastic new platform alongside the likes of Monet and Van Gogh. The standard of work submitted was exceptional, and it looks stunning on Canvas TV.
We can’t wait for our customers to enjoy historic masterpieces and homegrown talent side by side, all from the comfort of their living room.”
