NYnLON, a New York Bistro in London, at Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is turning Sundays into a celebration with its brand-new brunch experience, ‘Sax & the City’ – bringing a lively blend of live music, indulgent cuisine, and two hours of free-flowing bubbles in the heart of London. Launching on the 26th October 2025, the brunch runs from 12:00 to 16:00 every Sunday debuting with the sultry sounds of saxophone and voice duo Ceryseliza and continuing with live music each week to set the scene for a stylish weekend gathering.

Celebrating NYnLON’s transatlantic spirit, the menu captures the buzz of a Manhattan brunch and the sophisticated flair of London dining, bringing the best of both cities to the table.

Brunch-goers can enjoy a curated all you can eat buffet of starters and salads including nduja devilled eggs, beetroot hummus with crudités, and semi-dried tomato and Parmesan cheesecake. Diners will also have their own choice of main courses, including a juicy 10oz NY Strip steak with peppercorn sauce, baked and stuffed eggplant with whipped vegan feta, or the grilled catch of the day with a refreshing fennel and citrus salad. Sides of mac and cheese, house-seasoned fries, and sweet maple-glazed carrots complete the menu, creating a relaxed and indulgent feast perfect for sharing.

Designed for Londoners who want good food, great music, and a fun Sunday afternoon out, ‘Sax & the City’ is priced from £58 per person, including two hours of free-flowing Prosecco, promising a brunch experience full of style, flavour, and a touch of sparkle.

For an extra touch of indulgence, guests can upgrade to Champagne for £98 per person, or add a little East Coast flair with freshly shucked oysters, available at £12 for three, £21 for six or £36 for twelve.
