AA Hotel & Hospitality Services has revealed the winners of its 2026 awards, with some of London’s leading hotels, restaurants and hospitality professionals recognised at a prestigious ceremony in the capital.
Celebrating 70 years of the AA Rosette award, close to 1,000 guests gathered at JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London for one of the most prestigious evenings in the hospitality calendar, recognising the industry’s incredible people, finest hotels, restaurants, spas, inns and B&Bs, each setting the standard for hospitality excellence across the sector.
London was well represented among this year’s winners, with AngloThai, The Emory, The Chancery Rosewood, St Ermin’s Hotel and Katarzyna Celinska of The Bloomsbury all taking home awards.
AngloThai was named AA Restaurant of the Year London, taking the top regional restaurant award for the capital.
In the hotel sector, The Emory was named AA Hotel of the Year London, one of four regional hotel awards presented during the evening. The Emory and The Chancery Rosewood were awarded 5 Red Stars, while Holmes Hotel received a new 4 Red Star award, recognising exceptional standards across London’s hotel sector.
The teams behind London’s hotels were also recognised, with St Ermin’s Hotel named AA Large Hotel Team of the Year. There was individual recognition for Katarzyna Celinska of The Bloomsbury, who was named AA Housekeeper of the Year.
The evening also saw leading chef Adam Byatt of Trinity Restaurant voted by his culinary peers as the AA Chefs’ Chef of the Year 2026, sponsored by Woods Foodservice. Through his creativity and innovation, Adam has become known for his classically rooted seasonal cooking, with Trinity serving imaginative food with a focus on bold, honest flavours.
