Vintry & Mercer’s rooftop has been reimagined for summer, open now as the Mercer Minuty Terrace in partnership with Provençal winery Château Minuty, bringing a Riviera-inspired feel to one of London’s standout al fresco dining spots.

Perched atop the five-star boutique hotel at 20 Garlick Hill in the City of London, the terrace offers uninterrupted views stretching from St Paul’s Cathedral to The Shard, paired with a relaxed, sun-drenched setting built for warmer months. The partnership brings a selection of Château Minuty cuvées to the drinks list, including the winery’s Cuvée Prestige rosé from Côtes de Provence, alongside a refreshed modern British menu built around seasonal ingredients.

Highlights include roasted chalk stream trout with English asparagus and wild garlic, salt marsh lamb rump, and rhubarb-led desserts – a lighter, seasonal approach designed to match the terrace’s Provençal-inspired reset.

The Mercer Minuty Terrace is open for lunch and dinner, Monday to Sunday.
