MOTHERDOUGH OPENS ITS FIRST RESTAURANT AT LONDON DOCK, WAPPING

Motherdough, a new Neapolitan pizza parlour, has opened its first restaurant at London Dock (by St George) in Wapping, mere moments from the City.

Following on from his most recent success of independent brunch café BOBO & WILD – with locations in Shoreditch Park, Clapham Common and South Woodford – Motherdough’s creator Farkhod Najmetdinov is well-versed in creating fresh and exciting F&B concepts that contribute to the fabric of local communities. Motherdough promises a dining experience filled with character, adding to a more diverse and dynamic culinary scene.

Opening the doors of its 1,087 sq ft space in February 2024, Motherdough offers a wide selection of authentic Neapolitan sourdough pizzas, natural wines by Top Cuvée, and delicious desserts in a contemporary environment.

Motherdough’s signature dough is freshly prepared each day by their in-house Pizzaiolo and left to rise for up to 48 hours, creating soft, pillowy pizza bases which are perfectly balanced in texture and flavour.

With a wide selection of mouth-watering woodfired sourdough pizzas, elegant handpicked wines and delicious desserts, Motherdough offers the perfect dining experience for all occasions.
Motherdough has an authentic and mouth-watering menu, including:
MD Truffle – Wild mushrooms, house made truffle cream, roasted caramel potatoes & Fior di Latte mozzarella
Wild Fire – smoked Provola cheese, wild broccoli, Italian sausage and fresh basil.
Pulled Lamb – 12-hour cooked lamb, wild mushrooms, Fior di Latte mozzarella and rosemary
Margherita – San Marzano tomato, Fior di Latte mozzarella and fresh basil leaves
‘Nduja – San Marzano tomato sauce, parmesan, ‘nduja, Spianata spicy salami and mozzarella
Vegan Love – Artichoke, roasted vegetables and pepper, fresh basil and tomato sauce with pine nuts

Motherdough at London Dock is open daily, Monday– Saturday from 12:00 to 23:00 and Sundays from 11:00 to 21:30 at 4A Gauging Square, London E1W 2EA.
