Mutts strut their stuff as Quintain Living’s Hallowe’en Pet Parade returns to Wembley Park

Wembley Park’s pets and their owners gathered on Saturday 21st October 2023 for the second annual Hallowe’en Pet Parade. Following in the pawprints of the immensely popular 2022 event, the Hallowe’en Pet Parade saw 25 dogs strut their stuff, showing off an array of creative and flamboyant costumes.

The event was organised by Quintain Living, the award-winning management company overseeing the rental of more than 3,650 pet-friendly apartments in London’s Wembley Park, exclusively for their animal and human residents.

Hungarian Vizsla, Mouse, romped to victory on the day, winning the coveted Best Dressed prize of a £500 John Lewis & Partners voucher for his aqua dog costume.

Second place, and a £150 London Designer Outlet voucher, went to a trio of hounds, Lula, Pippa and Fitz who embraced a Harry Potter theme and third place, with a £100 London Designer Outlet voucher, went to Draco the Husky, who came dressed as Grandma from Little Red Riding Hood.

The lively, free to particate resident event – inspired by New York’s famous annual Tompkins Square Dog Run Parade – welcomed over 100 guests and featured a compere and a three person-strong judging panel alongside the contestants. Judges included The Cuddle Club Founder Aneka Johnson and General Manager Dee Sagoo and Viktoria, Founder of Wembley-based Victoria Dog Obedience Training.

After the 2023 winners were announced, contestants and owners socialised, with the humans enjoying a complimentary glass of prosecco whilst dogs tucked into their goody bags. The Cuddle Club’s pop-up stall offered pedicures (pawdicures!), must-have products to purchase and a raffle with £200 worth of The Cuddle Club products for the winning ticket. The Cuddle Club Heroes were also in attendance – those committed to making humans happier one cuddle at a time by providing mood-boosting dog therapy.
