Need a long nap? Don’t we all. The new Aromatherapy Associates Restorative Sleep Day at the beautiful and recently renovated H Spa at Horwood House is the ideal way to take some time out, reboot and set yourself up for a beautiful night’s sleep.

The day includes full use of the spa facilities from 9am to 5pm, a 60 minute Aromatherapy Associates Deep Relax Body Treatment and a delicious Afternoon Tea.

Set in Little Horwood on 38 acres of private countryside in the heart of the Buckinghamshire countryside, the stunning Grade-II listed Horwood House combines quintessential country house hotel style and heritage with more contemporary features and home from home touches.

H Spa boasts a 15m indoor pool, sauna, steam and relaxation rooms, multiple treatment rooms and a state of the art gym, all centred around a beautiful courtyard, ideal for relaxing on a sunny summer’s day.
