Midtown Bar & Dining at NYX Hotel London Holborn has unveiled a host of new summer dishes inspired by global flavours to its all-day menu.
Curated to capture a taste of summer, with East Asian-inspired influences and a small-plate concept, there are nine tantalizing new dishes ready to be explored.

Highlights include light, refreshing bites like a watermelon salad, grilled pak choi with chimichurri, and grilled mackerel fillet – perfect whether brunching with friends or grazing before a night out in the nearby West End.
There is also miso-glazed aubergine, spicy king prawns, decadent scotch egg, and wild mushroom and truffle arancini, bringing tastes inspired by global travel into the heart of Holborn.

For those seeking something sweet, the menu now includes salted caramel cheesecake and a mango and kalamansi lime delice, sure to round up a meal with exotic flair.

Midtown now also features an outdoor gin terrace, serving a summer cocktail menu in partnership with Edinburgh Gin. Guests can sit back and enjoy the buzz of Holborn while sipping a classic G&T or Negroni, spritzes with a spicy twist, or pours infused with Edinburgh Gin’s rhubarb and ginger or raspberry notes.

Located between bustling Covent Garden, ultra-cool Farringdon and moments away from Holborn tube station, Midtown is the go-to spot for catch ups with friends, after-work drinks, a special occasion or semi-private gatherings.
