Roasting Plant Coffee serves up a new seasonal menu with citrus, chocolate and floral flavours

Spring has arrived at Roasting Plant Coffee bringing with it a fresh new seasonal menu packed with bold flavours, playful twists and feel-good drinks made for the new season.

First off, how about sipping on sunshine ☀️: we’re absolutely giddy to unveil our most talked-about creation ever (!): the Lemon Curd Matcha Latte.

Inspired by our love affair with that gloriously tangy, velvety citrus curd, we’ve married generous swirls of high-end, all-natural silky lemon curd with the deep, umami richness of our ceremonial grade matcha.

Imagine the brightest, most indulging lemon tart meeting the smooth, creamy sophistication of a high-quality matcha, it’s a vibrant, sun-drenched flavour explosion that tastes like spring in a cup!

The texture is pure dreaminess: the lush citrus ribbons cutting through the earthy matcha, creating a perfectly balanced sip that’s equal parts comforting and refreshing.

It’s completely original and it’s utterly delicious.

Also new is the Iced Rose Dubai Chocolate Mocha: elegant, aromatic, and utterly dreamy.

It begins with smooth, velvety espresso, then layers in rich creamy pistachio bringing nutty, buttery sweetness, while delicate rose notes swirl throughout, transporting you to sun-drenched gardens in full bloom.

Poured over ice and finished with a pinch of our baristas’ “just roasted” love, every sip is a perfect balance of creamy, nutty, and floral. Spring sophistication has never tasted this good ✨

Adding a nutty, aromatic note to the menu is the Iced Pistachio Rose Latte, which pairs freshly roasted smooth espresso with the rich, creamy flavour of pistachio for a buttery sweetness, all balanced by the fragrant rose notes.

Completing the seasonal line-up is our Street Party Blend, a vibrant coffee combining floral Ethiopian Yirgacheffe with rich, chocolatey Guatemalan Huehuetenango beans. Bright, balanced, and easy drinking, it has been crafted to capture the lively flavours of the season.
