RuPaul’s DragCon UK comes to London next month

It’s now less than 30 days until the hotly anticipated RUPAUL’S DRAGCON UK sashays back to the UK for a huge, three-day spectacle at its new home, the ExCel London. Taking place from Friday 6th January to Sunday 8th January 2023, now is the time to snatch up the final remaining tickets via uk.rupaulsdragcon.com to avoid disappointment.

RUPAUL’S DRAGCON UK is the world’s biggest celebration of drag culture. Featuring extraordinary drag queens from all over the world who have battled and lip-synced for their lives on the global phenomenon and Emmy-award winning franchise RuPaul’s Drag Race, this second iteration of the UK convention is set to be bigger and fiercer than ever before.

Now, over 150 world-famous drag queens have confirmed their attendance for RUPAUL’S DRAGCON UK, and today World of Wonder can reveal that the queens from Season 4 of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, which aired its gag-worthy finale last month, will be in attendance alongside Emmy-award-winning makeup artist Raven. Plus, following the hugely popular debut season of Drag Race Philippines, the Season 1 winner, Precious Paula Nicole, will be touching down in the UK for the very first time especially for RUPAUL’S DRAGCON UK, much to the delight of fans.

RUPAUL’S DRAGCON UK will offer fans a cornucopia of drag excitement across the three-day extravaganza. Alongside fierce main stage performances, wig-snatching merch, signings and meet & greets with queens at their booths, further exclusive programming details have just been “ru-vealed”. These include a special appearance and exclusive DJ set from Drag Race matriarch, RuPaul Charles, on the Main Stage sponsored by Crocs; exclusive and intimate panel discussions with fan-favourite queens sponsored by Audible; a sponsored Anastasia Beverly Hills Makeup competition judged by RuPaul’s very own make-up artist Raven, president of ABH Norvina and Season 1 winner of BBC Three’s Glow Up: Britain’s Next Make-Up Star Ellis Atlantis; immersive activations from RuPaul’s Drag Race and WOW Presents Plus shows; and a range of family fun activities in the Kids Zone sponsored by WildBrain’s Teletubbies, including a Kids Fashion Show on the Sunday and meet & greets with Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po themselves!

Main stage sponsor, Crocs, will also be serving up fierce limited edition RuPeter Jibbitz™ charms to customise your Crocs, available exclusively at the convention.

Yann Le Bozec, VP Marketing EMEA-LATAM & Global Lead Distributor Marketing, at Crocs said: “RuPaul’s DragCon celebrates the power of authentic self-expression, an idea that lives at the heart of our brand, and we stand with those who bravely inspire others to embrace what it means to truly Come As You Are.
