Star Chefs and Immersive Experiences: Le Cordon Bleu London Announces Summer Festival 2026

Le Cordon Bleu London is delighted to announce the return of its much-anticipated Summer Festival, taking place on Saturday 27th June 2026 at its Bloomsbury institute.

Celebrating the art of gastronomy and culinary innovation, the annual Summer Festival invites guests to experience a vibrant day of immersive workshops, tastings and demonstrations led by Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs and leading figures from the international culinary scene.

Throughout the day, visitors will have the opportunity to participate in a diverse programme of hands-on culinary workshops spanning cuisine, pâtisserie, boulangerie, plant-based cookery and gastronomic innovation. Wine and beverages tastings, guided by Master Sommelier Matthieu Longuere will also offer guests the chance to explore a curated selection of exceptional wines.

The festival will also feature a series of exclusive guest chef demonstrations from acclaimed chefs representing some of the finest restaurants in London and beyond, offering insight into contemporary techniques and global culinary trends. This year’s line-up includes: Onsu Founder & Executive Pastry Chef Michael Kwan, Kayu Chef Patron Karim Bourgi, Dinings SW3 Executive Chef Masaki Sugisaki, chef-author Petty Elliott, Brindisa Group Head Chef Flori Porja, and Executive Chef Karl O’Dell of CORD Restaurant, with more to be announced.
Returning for 2026, the Salon Gourmet Tasting Area will showcase a carefully selected collection of partner brands, offering guests the opportunity to sample and purchase premium food and drink products in a lively and interactive setting.

Whether aspiring chefs, culinary enthusiasts or those simply passionate about fine food and wine, attendees will be able to experience the unique teaching environment of Le Cordon Bleu London and discover the expertise that has defined the institution for over a century.

Tickets are available for general admission, as well as for individual workshops and tasting sessions.
