SUNDAY ROAST WITH A TWIST: GOSPEL MEETS MOTOWN BRUNCH AT THE ANTHOLOGIST

London takes its Sunday Roast seriously – but this one comes with a soundtrack. When pub playlists no longer cut it, The Gospel Motown Brunch at The Anthologist by Drake & Morgan raises the bar, by upgrading the classic Sunday lunch with a live gospel choir and soul-stirring Motown classics.

Taking place on select Sundays from 12pm – 4pm (just a short walk from Moorgate station), experience non-stop live music featuring iconic hits from Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Sister Act and Beyoncé. Expect powerful vocals, soaring harmonies and wall-to-wall musical classics: the kind of atmosphere that turns a Sunday roast into a soulful celebration.

Tickets are £44.95pp and include a starter, main and a welcome drink, or opt for the Sunday Roast upgrade* as the main course for an extra £10. Choose from three crowd-pleasers: roast chicken with Yorkshire pudding and pigs in blankets; a 21-day aged rump of beef served with Yorkshire puddings; and a vegan nut roast. All roasts come with seasonal vegetables, crispy roast potatoes and plenty of gravy.

Want to go bottomless? There’s also the option for a bottomless cocktail upgrade featuring 90 minutes of free-flowing Aperol Spritz, Bloody Marys, Mimosas or Rum Punch for just £25pp.

The next upcoming date at The Anthologist is 1st March. A Sunday roast worth singing for – book your ticket here: https://www.drakeandmorgan.co.uk/the-anthologist/whats-on/gospel-brunch-coming-soon/
