A new study by CIA Landlord found the best and worst boroughs in London to rent as a pet lover by analysing the number of online properties that state they would consider pets!

The most pet friendly boroughs in London have been revealed with Sutton, Greenwich, Croydon, Bexley and Hackney making the top 5 areas to consider when moving in with a pooch. The study also found the worst areas to rent as a pet owner in London with the City of Westminister ranking as the worst, followed by Brent, Barnet, Camden and Southwark:

As part of the research, CIA Landlord surveyed 500 landlords to find out the reason behind their reluctance to allowing pets on the property. The study revealed that over 81% of Landlords in Greater London have caught their tenants lying about keeping a pet in their property!
